ACTNO. 7726 BILL NO. 30-0553 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2014 An Act honoring and commending Senator Celestino A. White Sr., for his service and dedication to the people of the Virgin Islands by naming the senior citizens home located at Parcel No. 62-4 Estate Thomas, No. 6A New Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Istands in his honor and by awarding him the Virgin Islands Medal of Honor for public service ---0--- WHEREAS, Celestino A. White Sr., was born on the island of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, on February 24, 1945 to the late Charles A. White, Sr., a retired police officer and the late Marjorie Asta White Stevens, a retired top cook; and WHEREAS, Celestino White, Sr., graduated from Charlotte Amalie High School, in the class of 1965 and enlisted in the United States Air Force that same year; and WHEREAS, during his military career, which spanned four years, Celestino A.
