ACT NO. 6942 BILL NO. 27-0083 TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2007 An Act providing for the lump sum appropriation from the Health Revolving Fund for fiscal year October 1, 2007, through September 30, 2008 --0-- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following amount, or so much of it as may be necessary to accomplish the purpose specified, is appropriated from funds available or deposited in the Health Revolving Fund for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2008. SECTION 2. The Department of Health granted a lump sum budget under this act is not subject to the provisions of title 2, V.I.C., section 28(b). The sum appropriated remains available until expended.
