ACT NO.6599 BILL NO. 25-0072 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OFTHE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2003 To rezone Plot No. 149 Estate Barren Spot, King Quarter, Christiansted, St. Croix from R-2 (Residential - Low Density, One and Two Family) to B-3 (Business Scattered). .--0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-12 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation of Plot No. 149 Estate Barren Spot, King Quarter consisting of approximately 0.3048 U.S. acres as more fully described on Public Works Drawing No. 4266, dated March 25, 1985, from R-2 (Residential — Low Density, One and Two Family) to B-3 (Business Scattered).
