ACTINO. 6855 BILL NO. 26-0274 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2006 An Act amending Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-12 for the remainder of Plot No. 4-I- Estate Sion Farm, Queens Quarter, St. Croix, from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to C (Commercial) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to 29 V.I.C., chapter 3, Map No. SCZ-12 for the island of St. Croix, is amended by changing the zoning designation for the remainder of Plot No. 4-I Estate Sion Farm, Queens Quarter, St. Croix, consisting of approximately 3.447 U.S. acres, as, more adequately described on OLG Drawing No. 5667, dated August 10, 2005, from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to C (Commercial).
