Outlook [EXTERNAL MAIL] Re: Reminder of Sept. 15, 2025 2 pm AST virtual public hearing From Carol Stanley <usvicarol@hotmail.com> Date Mon 9/22/2025 10:09 AM To Leia LaPlace <leia.laplace@dpnr.vi.gov> Good day Ms LaPlace Thank you for sending the login details.  Unfortunately, I was not able to join.  However, I wish to officially express my displeasure in this zoning change request  This developer must be required to respect Beeston Hill’s currently R-1 (Residential) zoning; and seek a more suitable commercially-zoned property for their project.  High-density projects, such as what is being proposed, do not belong in a residential neighborhood.  Period.  Changing the zoning to accommodate this developer’s request would negatively impact the current and future residents of Beeston Hill.  I urge you to use your authority to REJECT this zoning change request (If there is a formal process for me to follow to log my opposition to this project, please let me know.)
