JOHN ONLY : • Wednesday, April 30th, 2025 – Food Fair noon – 5:00 pm • Thursday, May lst, 2025 – J’ouvert 8:00 am – 5:00 pm TERRITORY-WIDE • Friday, May 2nd, 2025 – 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Children’s Parade In his statement, Governor Bryan remarked, “Carnival is a cherished tradition that brings our community together, and I encourage everyone to participate in these festivities. By granting administrative leave, we hope to inspire involvement and celebrate our culture, unity, and the spirit of our islands.” Governor Bryan encourages all government employees and residents to take advantage of this opportunity to participate in Carnival activities, which highlight the Virgin Islands’ rich cultural heritage and community spirit. The Bryan-Roach Administration is investing in the Territory’s people, infrastructure and future through transparency, stabilizing the economy, restoring trust in the government and ensuring that recovery projects are completed as quickly as possible.
