PROPERTY COMMITTEE St. Croix Taxi Association Approved the request by St. Croix Taxi Association to enter a payment plan in the amount of $6,662.50 for a term of 36 months (March 1, 2021 through February 28, 2024). CEKA Tobacco & Perfume Concession Kiosks – Bid Award Approved the selection of Alby Investment Corporation to operate two tobacco and perfume concessions at the Cyril E. King Airport Terminal. The Board authorized the Executive Director to enter into an agreement for a term of three years with an option to renew for two years. CEKA Food Concession Kiosks – Bid Award Approved the selection of two vendors to operate food concession kiosks in the preclearance area of the Cyril E. King Airport Terminal: (1) DM Hospitality, LLC dba Island Grind VI, and (2) Barefoot Buddha The Board authorized the Executive Director to enter lease negotiations with both entities for three years with an option to renew for two additional years.
