ACT NO, 670 BILL NO. 25-0233 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2004 To appropriate funds from the Taxi License Fund to the Virgin Islands Taxicab Division for the fiscal year October 1, 2004, to September 30, 2005 for operating expenses ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sum or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from any available funds in the Taxi License Fund for the fiscal year October 1, 2004, to September 30, 2005, to the Virgin Islands Taxicab Division. FISCAL YR 2005 FUND 590000 TAXI LICENSE FUND ORG 2600 LICENSING & CONS. AFFAIRS C/CNTR $90269 TAXI LICENSE FUND TOTAL C/CNTR 890269 370,217 TOTAL ORG 2600 370,217 TOTAL FUND 590000 370,217 SECTION 2. Any item of appropriation contained in this Act which was expended pursuant to section 9(¢) of the Revised Organic Act of the Virgin Islands, 1575(e) shall be reduced by the sum expended for the objects and purposes of the item between October 1, 2004, and the effective date of this Act. …
