Brussels,Nov. 19th.—Cardinal Mercier, Primate of Belguim, is ill,suftering from a bad case of influenza, which in _it- seltf is not considered by the attending physicians as alarming, but there is some fear of conplications, which, on account of the age of the Primate, might give the case a more serious turn.
