ACTNO. 6'745 BILL NO. 26-0057 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session - 2005 To amend Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-18 for Parcels No. 11A, 11B, 12. 13, 14, and 15 Queen Street, Frederiksted, St. Croix, from B-3 (Business - Scattered) to S (Special) and to amend 29 Virgin Islands Code, section 229 relating to S-Special Zoning District ---Q--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3. Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-18 for the island of St. Croix, is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcels No. 11A, 11B, 12, 13, 14, and 15 Queen Street, Frederiksted. St. Croix, consisting of approximately 18,813 square feet, respectively, as more adequately described on Department of Public Works Drawing No.5234 from B-3 (Business-Scattered) to S (Special). SECTION 2. Title 29 Virgin Islands Code, section 228, under the category “S—Special’’, number 9, insert “Multiple” at the end thereof. SECTION 3. Title 29 Virgin Islands Code. …
