St. WHEREAS, title 12, chapter 21, section 911(e) of the Virgin Islands Code provides that the Governor’s approval of a coastal zone pennit must be ratified by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands; and WHEREAS, the Legislature has determined that the grant of Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-6-l6(L&W) will serve the public interest; Now, Therefore, Be it enacted bv the Legislature ofthe Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 12. chapter 21, section 911(c) of the Virgin Islands Code, the Legislature of the Virgin Islands ratifies the approval by the Governor of the Virgin Islands of Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZI-6- 1 6(L&W) issued to the Virgin Islands Port Authority. 2 Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on August 13, 2019.
