Potter Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: 1 SECTION 1. Title 3 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 27, section 715, subsection (c) is 2 amended as follows by striking “, with the advice and consent of the Legislature,”. 3 BILL SUMMARY 4 This bill removes the requirement for Legislative advice and consent for the selection of 5 individuals chosen to serve as the Administrator of the Virgin Islands Government Employees 6 Retirement System. 7 BR25-0098/January 16, 2025/CBM 8
