And, whereas, these remains will be representative of ail unidentified Ameri- can dead who in the world wvar gave their lives in their country’s cause; And, whereas, it is desired that graie- ful recognition of their loyal devotion to country and of their s:crifice should be appropriatelyv shown with du2 solemnity by their God-tearing and patriotic fellow countrymen; No v, therefore, 1.
