ACT NO. 8024 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2017 An Act granting a use variance to Plot No. 45-A Estate Glynn, King Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION IL. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238a, a zoning use variance is granted from C (Commercial) zoning requirements to Plot No. 45-A Estate Glynn, King Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 0.2755 acres, as more fully described on PWD Map Drawing No. 1798, dated July 29 1965, to allow the use of the property as a halfway house. All other requirements of the Commercial zoning district continue to apply to the subject property. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on November |, 2017.
