I am a 40+ year resident of Questa Verde ( E-31) and in brief, as I reach the deadline, here is my opinion: I am strongly opposed to;Application No. CCZP0069-25: Atta Misbeh requesting a rezoning from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) to B-2 (Business- Secondary/Neighborhood) for Portion of the Remainder of Estate Beeston Hill (South Portion), Matricular No. 6a, Company Quarter, St. Croix. I would be able to support the lowest R - density that would allow for building the townhouses as described in the revised application. I hope this rushed comment meets the deadline and will be considered Sent from Yahoo Mail for iPhone Caution: This e-mail has originated outside of GVI network.
