ACT NO, 6689 BILL NO. 25-0226 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2004 To appropriate monies for salaries and expenses of the University of the Virgin Islands for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2005, and for other purposes -—-0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The sum of $23,217,126 or as much as may be necessary, is appropriated from any available funds in the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands, to be transferred to the University of the Virgin Islands Fund for expenditure by the University of the Virgin Islands during the fiscal year ending September 30, 2005, for the purposes named in subsections (a) and (b) of this section in accordance with the provisions of title 17 Virgin Islands Code, chapters 33 and 35. …
