September 17 U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS — Governor Albert Bryan Jr. is offering heartfelt condolences to the family, friends, and the entire Virgin Islands community on the passing of former Senator and Police Commissioner Milton “Bull” Frett. “To my family and me, ‘Bull’ was more than a public servant—he was a force. A two-term senator, a businessman, and a decades-long law enforcement leader, he always had the back of the people of the Virgin Islands,” Governor Bryan said. “He was also a close friend of my father and his passing hits home for me personally.” Governor Bryan praised Frett’s long career in public service, particularly his time in law enforcement, where he rose to the rank of Police Commissioner. “Milton dedicated his life to keeping our community safe. He knew what it meant to protect and serve, and he did so with courage and conviction.” “Bull’s legacy isn’t just about the positions he held—it’s about the lives he changed and the example he set for all of us,” Governor Bryan continued. “He was a man of vision, heart, and strength, and I know that his contributions will continue to shape the future of the Virgin Islands for years to come.” As the community mourns this loss, Governor Bryan encourages all to remember the positive impact Milton “Bull” Frett made during his life. “To his family, I extend my deepest condolences and hope that his legacy and the memories provide some consolation during this difficult time.” ### TAGS No tags CATEGORIES Uncategorized Previous Next Comments are closed © 2026 Government of the United States Virgin Islands.
