LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS CERTIFICATE OF ENACTMENT NOTWITHSTANDING THE GOVERNOR’S VETO THIS IS TO CERTFY THAT (Bill No. 29-0104), An Act to repeal and reenact title 7, chapter 13 of the Virgin Islands Code, the Farmer’s, Fishermen and Consumer’s Assistance Act, enacted by the Twenty-Ninth Legislature at its regular session on October 27, 2011, (a copy of which is attached hereto) and vetoed by the Governor on November 15, 2011, was duly enacted, by override, by the Twenty-Ninth Legislature at its regular session on December 15, 2011, pursuant to section 9(d) of the Revised Organic Act of the Virgin Islands, 48 U.S.C. §1575 (d), notwithstanding the Governor’s veto and has become law.
