ACTNO. 6993 BILL NO. 27-0112 TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2008 An Act authorizing the Governor of the Virgin Islands to negotiate the purchase, joint development or exchange of Parcels Nos. 100 and 100A Estate Ross-Taarneberg, formerly known as Warren E. Brown and No. 3B Estate Donoe formerly known as the Donoe Housing Community on St. Thomas and the Louis E. Brown Villas in Estate Paradise on St. Croix for construction of mixed-income/mixed-use affordable housing units. ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. (a) Pursuant to 21 V.I.C., chapters 1 and 2 and 29 V.1.C., chapter 1, subchapter [X, the Governor of the Virgin Islands may enter into negotiations for the purchase, joint development, or exchange of Parcel Nos. 100 and 100A Estate Ross- Taarneberg, formerly known as the Warren E.
