The Postmaster is in receipt of a Gov- ernment announcement, a copy of which is being displayed in the lobby of the post office, giving information to the public in regard to the opening and overation of army retail stores for the disposal of surplus household commo- dities, including a variety of new and unused articles, as well as quantities of reclaimed or renovated g.ods which will be sold thiough the retail store of the district in which the purchaser resides.
