ACTNO.8 905 BILL NO. 35-0357 THIRTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2024 An Act providing an appropriation from the Virgin Islands Lottery as a contribution to the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands in the fiscal year October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding 32 V.I.C. § 246(a)(1l), the sum of $950,000 is appropriated from the Virgin Islands Lottery in the fiscal year October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025, as a contribution to the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands.
