BILL NO. 28-0312 TWENTY-EIGHTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2010 An Act ratifying the Governor’s Approval of Minor Coastal Zone Permit No. CZX-17-09(W) issued to the Bryan’s Marine Service, LLC. --0-- WHEREAS, April 16, 2009, the St. Croix Committee of the Virgin Islands Coastal Zone Management Commission issued Minor Coastal Zone Permit CZX-17-09(W) to the Bryan’s Marine Service, LLC for the installation of a pre-fabricated concrete boat ramp and for the occupancy of 480 square feet of submerged lands covered by the ramp, located seaward of Plot No. 5A Hospital Street, St. Croix, Virgin Islands; and WHERAS, the Governor of the Virgin Islands approved the permit on August 9, 2010; and WHERAS, title 12 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 21, section 911 (e) provides that the Governor's approval of any coastal zone permit or lease must be ratified by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands; Now, Therefore, Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. …
