NO PARKING will be allowed on Strand Street/Waterfront between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. between Hill Street and Market Street (by First Bank). Market Street will be blocked to all traffic from 3:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. Also, Custom House Street will be blocked from the Custom House area to all traffic going towards the Ann Abrahamson Pier from 3:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. ###
