Pursuant to 29 V.LC. §238, Official Zoning Map STZ-9 for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 394- 411 Estate Anna’s Retreat, No. 1 New Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands , consisting of approximately 0.626 U.S. acres, as more adequately described on PWD Map. No. G- 2791-T78 from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) to R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family). Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 20, 2010.
