ACTNO. 8636 BILL NO. 34-0322 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2022 An Act providing an appropriation from the Tourism Advertising Revolving Fund to the Office of the Governor, Virgin Islands Police Department, the Virgin Islands Department of Public Works, the Virgin Islands Waste Management Authority, the Virgin Islands Department of Agriculture and the Virgin Islands Department of Tourism for the fiscal year October 1, 2022, through September 30, 2023 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature ofthe Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other law, the following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated in the fiscal year October 1, 2022, through September 30, 2023, from any hinds available in the Tourism Advertising Revolving Fund, to: the Office of the Governor to fund programs; the Department of Education for interscholastic competition; the Virgin Islands Police Department for police operations on St. Thomas/St. John and St. …
