STARFISH MARKET, INC. and ALBERT DANIEL, Individually, Defendants. ) ) ) ) ) Case No. 3:21-cv-0083 ) ) ) ) ) ) ORDER THIS MATTER comes before the Court on Defendants’ Motion to Compel Arbitration and Stay Proceedings (ECF No. 6) and the Parties’ Joint Stipulation to Arbitrate (ECF No. 7).
