ACTNO, 7326 BILL NO. 29-0213 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2011 An Act assenting to the requirements of the Federal Aid in Wildlife Restoration Act, as Amended by the Federal Aid in Sport Fish Restoration Act; amending title 12 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 1, subchapter VI relating to the fish and game and sport fish regulation and restoration programs; and amending Act No. 7162 relating to diversion of government funds ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: WHEREAS, the Department of Planning and Natural Resources, Division of Fish and Wildlife is the “State Fish and Wildlife Agency” for purposes of the federal grant programs under the Pittman-Robertson Act and the Dingell-Johnson/Wallop-Breaux Act; and WHEREAS, the Division of Fish and Wildlife administers has jurisdiction over, and is responsible for administering fishing programs and enforcing laws pertaining to hunting and fishing in the Virgin Islands; and WHEREAS, in administering wildlife laws in the Virgin Islands, the Division of Fish and Wildlife administers wildlif …
