de maximis TUTU WELL FIELDS PROJECT PROGRESS REPORT NOVEMBER 1994 WORK COMPLETED DURING PREVIOUS MONTH • Meetings on November 2 and 3, 1994 were held in St. Thomas with USEPA, the U.S. Virgin Islands Department of Planning and Natural Resources (DPNR), Potentially Responsible Parties (PRPs), TEIC, and Geraghty & Miller representatives regarding the Draft Remedial Investigation (Rl) Report and Development and Screening of Remedial Alternatives Analysis (RAA). • On November 30th, de maximis, inc. on behalf of TEIC submitted a memorandum to EPA (Kwan) confirming revisions in the project schedule. That schedule is attached. WORK TO BE COMPLETED DURING NEXT MONTH • Await comments on Draft Rl Report from USEPA and DPNR (expected December 2, 1994). • Attend meeting with USEPA on December 15 at Region II offices regarding USEPA comments on Draft Rl Report. • Begin preparation of Final Rl Report addressing comments by USEPA and DPNR. • Continue preparation of Draft FS Report. …
