The following sum or as so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Sewer Waste Water Fund for operating expenses including maintenance, supplies, machinery and equipment and other purposes of the Waste Management Authority for the fiscal year October 1, 2021, to September 30, 2022.
