(809) 793-6555 *64852* 64852 MONTHLY PROGRESS REPORT NO. 10 December 9, 1992 RE: Administrative Order on Consent Index No. H - RCRA - Proceeding 7003 & 9003-92-0401 This status report includes the work performed during the period November 1 through November 30, 1992. WORK COMPLETED DURING PREVIOUS MONTH 1. Continued soil and ground-water data validation (70 per cent complete). 2. Performed aquifer pumping tests at MW-6R and MW-6D. 3. A short-term drawdown test was performed on November 16, 1992 at MW-9S to determine if product would enter the well when the water-level was depressed (i.e. product bail-down test). A water-level drawdown of over 6 feet was observed at a jpumping rate of 0.75 gallons per minute (gpm) over approximately 15 minutes. No measurable product entered the well, although a sheen was observed. 4. Site meeting on November 17 with the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA). 5. Continued the preparation of the Remedial Investigation (RI) Report. 6. Reviewed and revised inaccuracies on the draft Tutu Site Plan Base Map. 7. Continued the preparation of Technical Memorandum II. 8. Submitted letter to Mirko Restovic, Department of Public Works, regarding the volume and quality of water discharged to the sanitary sewer (copy attached). TUT 006 1687 WORK TO BE COMPLETED DURING NEXT MONTH 1. Review and analyze aquifer pumping test data. 2. Complete data validation. 3. Continue preparation of Technical Memorandum H 4.
