BILL NO. 29-0408 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2012 An Act appropriating $1,050,000 from the Union Arbitration Award Fund as a contribution to the General Fund for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2013 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the limitations on the use of the Fund prescribed in 33 V.I.C. §3066 (b) , the sum of $1,050,000 is appropriated from the Union Arbitration Award and Government Employees Increment Fund in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2013, as a contribution to the General Fund.
