ACTNO. 8359 BILL NO. 33-0407 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2020 An Act to make FY20 funds available until expended by amending Act No. 8219, thereby providing funds for the renovation of the Board of Education's Guirty House and Act No. 8245 thereby providing funds for DPNR'S Office Relocation; Doe's VI History Textbooks, Legislative Civic Education Initiative, Stem Summer Project, Claude O. Markoe Steelpan Trolley, LEGVI's Gasoline Excise Tax Consultant/Lobbyist; and DSPR funds for the sports commission and track and field federation equipment Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Act No. 8219 is amended by making available until expended, “renovate the Guirty House for ADA accessibility, video conferences and training $275,000”. SECTION 2. Act No. 8245 is amended by making available until expended: (a) Section Ir “DOE VI History textbooks $500,000” (b) Section ly “operating expenses $500,000” to be used for the relocation and renovation of the Department of Planning and Natural Resources office. …
