ACTNO, 75795 BILL NO. 30-0284 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2013 An Act granting Parcel No. D-33 Estate Lovenlund, No. 2 Great Northside Quarter, St. Thomas a use variance from the R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) zoning designation ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, subchapter 1 section 238a, a variance is granted from the uses allowed in the R-3(Residential-Medium Density) zoning district for Parcel No. D-33 Estate Lovenlund, No. 2 Great Northside Quarter, St. Thomas Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 0.744 U.S. acres, as more fully described on OLG Map No. D9-8769-T013, to allow for Refuse Disposal for solid waste. All other requirements of R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) zoning designation continue to apply to the property.
