ACTNO. 8300 BILL NO. 33-0097 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2020 An Act posthumously honoring and commending Euclyn “Pede” Prentice, Jr., for his accomplishments in the horse racing industry and his contributions to the Virgin Islands, and naming a road in his honor ---0--- WHEREAS, Euclyn “Pede” Prentice, Jr., was born on the island of St. Croix, Virgin Islands on June 8, 1990, to Euclyn Prentice, Sr., and Carmen Parilla, and passed away on May 27, 2019, in Florence, Kentucky; and WHEREAS, along with his parents, Euclyn “Pede” Prentice, Jr., is survived by one daughter, Zy’Naii Prentice, six sisters, and two brothers; and WHEREAS, Euclyn “Pede” Prentice, Jr., attended Juanita Gardine Elementary School, Lew Muckle Elementary School and subsequently graduated from Pearl B.
