ACINO, ViYY BILL NO. 28-0297 TWENTY-EIGHTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2010 An Act ratifying the Fourth Renewal of the Group Medical Health Insurance Agreement, the Fourth Renewal of the Group Dental Health Insurance Agreement; the Renewal of the Agreement for Group Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance and the Fourth Renewal of Vision Insurance on Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 3 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 25, subchapter VIII, the Legislature of the Virgin Islands ratifies and approves the Agreement made for the Fourth Renewal of the Group Medical Health Insurance Agreement between the Government of the Virgin Islands through the Health Insurance Board of Trustees, the Virgin Islands Port Authority, the University of the Virgin Islands, the St. Thomas East End Medical Center Corporation and the Frederiksted Health Care, Inc., and Connecticut General Life Insurance Company which is attached to this Act as Appendix A.
