ACT NO.65 37 BILL NO. 24-0265 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2002 To provide an appropriation for operating expenses of the Department of Property and Procurement from the Business and Commercial Properties Revolving Fund of the Government of the Virgin Islands during the Fiscal Year October 1, 2002, to September 30, 2003 ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sum, or so much thereof as may be necessary, 1s appropriated from funds in the Business and Commercial Properties Revolving Fund to the Department of Property and Procurement for the operating expenses, including expenses for wages of salaried employees, and for operation of the Business and Commercial Properties Administration Fund during the Fiscal Year beginning October 1, 2002, and ending September 30, 2003, as specified in this section: FISCAL YR 2003 FUND 321000 Buss & Comm.
