ACT NO.648 4 BILL NO. 24-0199 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNTED STATES Regular Session , 2001 To amend title 29, chapter 3, section 23 8, Virgin Islands Code, pertaining to changing the zoning designation at Estate Botany Bay t a BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, section 238, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning District Map STZ-1 for the island of St. Thomas js amended by changing the zoning designation of the following parcels in Estate Botany Bay, No. 7 West End Quarter, St. Thomas U.S. Virgin Islands: Parce] No. 2-1-41, consisting of 18.562 U.S. acres; Parcel No. 2-1-42 consisting of 23.602 acres more or less; and Parce] No. 3-3-4] consisting of 26.6 U.S. acres more or less, as more accurately described on O.L.G. File No. A9567-T001 dated June 29, 2001, from R-1 (Residential- Low Density) to R-3 (Residential-Medium Density). Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on December 11, 2001. …
