ACT NO. 7458 BILL NO. 29-0419 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2012 An Act providing for the operating expenses of the Public Employees Relations Board and the Labor Management Committee for fiscal year October 1, 2012 to September 30, 2013 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The sum of $1,106,370 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2013, from the Union Arbitration Award and Government Employees Increment Fund, to the Public Employees Relations Board for operating expenses. SECTION 2. The sum of $175,000 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2013, from the Union Arbitration Award and Government Employees Increment Fund to the Labor Management Committee for operating expenses.
