On Monday, February 20, 2023, the Elections System of the Virgin Islands (ESVI)celebrated its Diamond Jubilee at Government House on St. Croix, U.S.V.I. Supervisor of Elections, Caroline F. Fawkes, provided a warm Virgin Islands welcome at ESVI Sixtieth Birthday Celebration Ceremony, to Honorable Governor Albert Bryan Jr., Honorable Lieutenant Governor Tregenza A. Roach, Esq., Honorable Delegate to Congress Stacey E. Plaskett, Honorable Senate President Novelle E. Francis, Jr., Senators of the 35th Legislature, Members of the Governor’s Cabinet and Senior Staff, Former Senators, Clergy, other distinguished guests such as the current and past Board Members, Staff, Elections Officials/Pollworkers, former British Virgin Islands Supervisor of Elections Juliette Penn and invited guest, family and friends. The second appointed Supervisor of Elections, John Abramson Jr., was the guest speaker. Mr. Abramson discussed the Elections System during the first Supervisor of Elections tenure, Henrita Todman, his accomplishments, and the current state of the Elections Systems of the Virgin Islands. …

On Monday, February 20, 2023, the Elections System of the Virgin Islands (ESVI)celebrated its Diamond Jubilee at Government House on St. Croix, U.S.V.I. Supervisor of Elections, Caroline F. Fawkes, provided a warm Virgin Islands welcome at ESVI Sixtieth Birthday Celebration Ceremony, to Honorable Governor Albert Bryan Jr., Honorable Lieutenant Governor Tregenza A. Roach, Esq., Honorable Delegate to Congress Stacey E. Plaskett, Honorable Senate President Novelle E. Francis, Jr., Senators of the 35th Legislature, Members of the Governor’s Cabinet and Senior Staff, Former Senators, Clergy, other distinguished guests such as the current and past Board Members, Staff, Elections Officials/Pollworkers, former British Virgin Islands Supervisor of Elections Juliette Penn and invited guest, family and friends.
