DESIGNATION. 3 The Federal building located on St. Croix, Virgin Is- 4 lands, shall be known and designated as the ‘‘Almeric L. 5 Christian Federal Building’’. 6 2 •HR 1346 RS SEC. 2. REFERENCES. 1 Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, 2 paper, or other record of the United States to the Federal 3 building referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be 4 a reference to the ‘‘Almeric L.
