ACTNO. 8566 BILL NO. 34-0213 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2022 An Act amending Official Zoning Map No. STZ-4 to allow for the rezoning of Parcel “F” Estate Sorgenfri (Western Half), No. | Southside Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, from R-1 (Residential - Low Density) to R-2 (Residential - Low Density- One and Two Family) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official Zoning Map No. STZ-4 for the island of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel “F” Estate Sorgenfri (Western Half), No. 1 Southside Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 2.24 U.S. acres, as shown on OLG Drawing No. D9-7901-T007, from R-1 (Residential — Low Density) to R-2 (Residential — Low Density — One and Two Family).
