ACTNO, 7188 BILL NO. 28-0240 TWENTY-EIGHTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2010 An Act correcting the zoning designation in Act 7164 (Bill No. 28-0209) from B-4 to B-2 aneQ--- WHEREAS, on March 9, 2010, the Legislature passed Bill No. 28-0209 amending the Official Zoning Map No. SJZ-2 for the island of St. John for parcel No. 131 Estate Contant- Enighed Cruz Bay Quarter, consisting of approximately 7,800 square feet from R-4 (Residential- Medium Density) to B-4 (Business-Secondary/Neighborhood); and WHEREAS, although the legislative records, Journal and hearing transcript reflect that the Legislature intended to change the R-4 zoning designation to B-2, through typographical error the zoning change was inadvertently and erroneously documented as B-4; and WHEREAS, the Legislature finds it only proper and fitting to correct this error expeditiously; Now, Therefore, Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1.
