ACTNO.905 7 BILL NO. 36-0140 THIRTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2025 An act amending title 3 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 22, section 403, clarifying the term of service for members of the Historic Preservation Commission on-0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 3 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 22, section 403, subsection (c), is amended by striking the first sentence and inserting “All members of the Commission shall serve a term of two years.” Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on October 30, 2025.
