ACTNO. 8323 BILL NO. 33-0332 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2020 An Act rezoning Parcel Nos. 34B and 34 Remainder Estate Freeman’s Ground, No. 8A Coral Bay Quarter, St. John, Virgin Islands from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to B- 3 (Business-Scattered) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, the Official Zoning Map No. SJZ-4 for the island of St. John, is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel Nos. 34B consisting of approximately 0.26 U.S. Acres and 34 Remainder Estate Freeman’s Ground, No. 8A Coral Bay Quarter, St. John, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 0.38 U.S. acres, both which are more fully described on PWD Drawing No. D9- 7566-T005, dated November 9, 2004, from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to B-3 (Business-Scattered).
