Richards BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from Interest Earned on Bond Proceeds, in the Treasury of the Virgin Islands, the sum of $1,945,000 as a contribution to the General Fund in the Fiscal Year ending September 30, 2001. Such sum shall remain available until expended.
