ACTNO.9 109 BILL NO. 36-0288 THIRTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2026 An act amending Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-6 for the island of St. Croix to rezone Plot Nos. 242, 243, 563, and 564 Estate Strawberry Hill, Queen Quarter, St. Croix from R-2 (Residential- Low Density-One and Two Family) to R-4 (Residential-Medium Density) Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, the Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-6 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation of Plot Nos. 242, 243, 563, and 564 Estate Strawberry Hill, Queen Quarter, St. Croix, collectively consisting of approximately 0.52 U.S. acres, as more fully shown on Survey Drawing No. 2733-S, from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to R-4 (Residential-Medium Density).
