ACTNO. 7537 BILL NO. 30-0211 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2013 An Act providing an appropriation for operating expenses of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles of the Government of the Virgin Islands during the fiscal year October 1, 2013, to September 30, 2014 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding 33 VIC subsection 3003a(e) the following sum, or so much of it as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Transportation Trust Fund into the Bureau of Motor Vehicles Fund for operating expenses, including wages of salaried employees, of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles during the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2013, and ending September 30, 2014, as hereinafter specified: FISCAL YEAR 2014 2094 BUREAU OF MOTOR VEHICLES 360 BUREAU OF MOTOR VEHICLES TOTAL BUREAU OF MOTOR VEHICLES $1,000,000 TOTAL BUREAU OF MOTOR VEHICLES $1,000,000 Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 27, 2013. 2 th Witness our Hands and Seal of the Legislature of the Virgin Islands this Bb Day of September, A.D., 2013. …
