Harding wili enjoy when he | e -ters the White House is the flag which will be his zlone to use and which is distinctive from any other fiug flown in the world. It is used by the nresident | in his ex-offleiu ¢ pacity of corimander- in-chie? of the army and navy. it is not flown over the White House or- | dinarily. i This flag. which is no doubt unkuown to many in our land, consists of the ccat-of-arms 2s it appears on the oresi- dent’s seal, sei in a blue fleld and flank- -ed by four stars. The four stars are the syiabol of nhigh command-—the same as those of an army general or navvy admiral.
