LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS CERTIFICATE OF ENACTMENT NOTWITHSTANDING THE GOVERNOR’S VETO THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT, Bill No. 35-0087 - An Act amending title 33 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 111 to repeal and reenact section 3038 to establish in the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands a special fund designated as the Veterans Mainland Travel Revolving Fund passed by the Thirty-Fifth Legislature of the Virgin Islands at its regular session held on September 27, 2024, (a copy of which is attached hereto) and vetoed by the Governor on October 10, 2024, was duly enacted by override by the Thirty-Fifth Legislature at its regular session held on October 16, 2024, pursuant to section 9(d) of the Revised Organic Act of the Virgin Islands, 48 U.S.C. §1575 (d).
