All generator installation require review and approval by the Historic Preservation Commission prior to installation. 2. No generator may be installed in such manner that exhaust air or gases impinge on pedestrians or on neighboring properties. 3. No generator may be installed that has a decible count higher than 60 DB 4, No generator may be installed that visually impacts in a negative way the building and or the Historic District. 5 All generators must have proper enclosures to mitigate sound pollution and to insure that no fire hazards exist. 6. …

All generators shail have a proper U.L. nema 1 transfer switch installed on the unit. 7. No generator shall be installed in such manner as to negatively impact the structure and or the building supporting it. 8. All eletrical panels, conduit and or connectors to the unit must be done in such manner as to minimize the visual impact of this equipment.
